**Please note orders shipped to the United States are FINAL SALES & LaBelle Boutique is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties incurred on your order. If taxes and/or duties are placed upon your package by officials, the fee’s will be your responsibility.  If you used a promotion code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any item(s) purchased.


Shipping Times

All shipments will go out within 1 – 3 business days after order is placed. Please take note this is dependent on availability of product and payment verification.

Canada post is our chosen method of shipment and may take upwards of 7 – 10 business days to be delivered depending on location. This may be extended during holiday seasons & to US addresses.

Please ensure your correct mailing address at checkout as we are unable to make changes to this once the package has been shipped

*LaBelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Returns & Exchange Policy

If your original purchase doesn’t work out the way you had hoped let us know & we will try our best to make it right!

Please email or call 306-463 2779 explaining the reason of return and we will advise on how to proceed.


WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE FOR RETURNS FOR BOTH IN STORE & ONLINE PURCHASES. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. We hope this will encourage you to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. We consistently are bringing in new styles and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

In store and online credits are NON-TRANSFERABLE. When receiving your credit please specify if you would like a physical card for in store credit or an online code to use your credit online.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? We will email out a credit code within 3 business days of the delivery of your returned item.

Amount of store credit is applied only to the returned item and does not include any shipping costs you may incur. *Please note you as the customer are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email or go to your customer profile on our website and print out your order summary.

Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we actually issue it to you.

Shipping and handling on merchandise being returned is NOT REFUNDABLE. Unless the wrong item was shipped.

If the item you received is defective or damaged, please email us with photos of the damaged or defective area for us to review. Once we review the images with will get back to you as soon as possible with our answer. Our merchandise is inspected thoroughly before being shipped for damage and photographed in its present condition to assist with minimal defective returns and assist our shipping department with faulty claims.

If an item that you are returning is received outside of the 14 day return period, exchange or store credit will NOT be issued and the item will be sent back to you at your expense. 

Cut off or pinned tags will NOT be accepted.

Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed with original tags attached.

All sale items, accessories, sunglasses, intimates (including bralettes) & bodysuits are FINAL SALE. Flash sales, item of the day are also FINAL SALE.


Once an order has been placed, please advise that we are unable to modify your order, including applying discounts or cancelling your order.
